"Went in a couple weeks ago about a new seat, wasn't in stock; checked online a day ago, saw the seat was in stock, headed for the store to help with ordering. Before I could hit the counter, 2 Percent (apologies for not remembering real name) acknowledged me and said "Seat.". It's good stuff to have staff who remember a 5 minute experience from a couple weeks ago and before you can say anything, they're realizing your needs.

And all sorts of cosmetic and electrical upgrades for your motorcycle as well. The people in store will help you find and try on anything. Anything they don't have you can order and pay for with their in store touch screen customer computer. "
